Precept Ministries
A seven-week, coed study of II Thessalonians will be offered on Tuesday nights from February 23 to April 6, 2010, 7:00-9:00 p.m., in Fellowship Hall. Please RSVP, if you desire to participate, by calling Judy at 785-883-4657 before February 15 when workbooks will be ordered. A few extra workbooks will be ordered for last minute participants. The cost of each workbook will be $13.50. The first night of class will not last the full two hours.

JUDY BROERS has lived in rural Wellsville since 1971 when she and her late husband, Merle Haas, married and moved to the area. He passed away in 1998 after a nine-year battle with cancer. They reared three sons, Brett, Shane and Ty, who graduated from Wellsville High School.
Judy married Gene Broers in 2007 after his wife of 42 years passed away. Gene and his late wife, Lola Mae, reared two daughters, Sondra and Sherrill. Judy and Gene both believe their union was a match made in heaven, as neither had intentions of remarriage after seeing their spouses suffer through long-term illnesses
Judy saw a large jump in her Spiritual growth when she began participating in Bible studies published by Precept Ministries in 1995. In 1999 Judy completed her first Precept-Upon-Precept Bible study. All Precept Ministries studies use the “Observation, Interpretation and Application” study method, but she fell in love with the “PUP” series.
Judy is now a Precept Leader, and it is her desire to introduce members of WBC to the Precept-Upon-Precept Bible studies. Keep watch for the next class.
