Daniel Dugas
Daniel DugasSenior Pastor

Daniel Dugas (pronounced Du-gah), is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. He faithfully preaches that it is through grace alone we have been saved by faith alone in Christ alone. Daniel has been preaching through the book of Acts, but is currently on supplementary tangent in Galatians as he teaches about the life of Paul in order to help us better understand the remainder of Acts. He believes that it is his primary job to equip the saints for the work of ministry, and the best way he can do that is to faithfully exposit the Word of God in order that we might be a church completely aligned with with the Biblical vision. That is always our desire here at WBC, that we would hold fast to the truth revealed in Scripture, and that we would let it transform our hearts and minds so that we might become more and more like Christ. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, reading, woodworking, and watching OSU football.

Daniel is married to Brigette, and they have four children named Aurora, Grayson, Elias, and Clement, plus they are currently fostering.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together…but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.Heb. 10:24-25

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.1 Pet. 4:10

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith. Eph 4:11-13
